My position demands prompt attention to the care and treatment of one-hundred twenty residents. I am manager/supervisor for all care givers and certified medication technicians. Additionally, I manage customer service relations and any associated resident/family complaints, prepare monthly MARS and the stocking and changeover of all medicatin carts with each new cycle, obtaining and transcribing of all orders from physicans and therapists, staffing as needs arise, assessing residents needs and care and ensure that such are met, discipline and corrective action of employes, preparing incident reports for employees and follow thru with the same, preparing ISP's and assisting with admission assessments and careplans.

Assisting two physicians (Family Practice) in all aspects of nursing from preping patients for exam to phlebotomy, laboratory procedures, EKG's, scheduling appointments and entering patient data into electronic systems.
Administering injections and educating patients on diabetes, heart disease and other chronic conditions.

Staff Nurse on Acute Care Unit.
Trach Care, Coma Stimuli Therapy, Patient Care Plans, Tube Feeding, Managing and Supervion of CNA's, Phlebotomy. Working with children, adolescents and families of patients that had suffered recent head/spinal cord injuries and providing care for same
